Fortruss Trust - Assembler, Richmond, VA ($19/hr)

Immediate need for 3 Assemblers for a client that is currently short-staffed and looking to add reliable employees on a temp-to-hire basis.

Position Details:

• Pay: $19.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Overtime may be required
• No client interview required, but a resume must be submitted before starting

Job Duties:

• Assemble trusses on production tables
• Staple materials and attach protective metal plates
• Lift and carry 2x4s and 2x6s
• Frequent standing, bending, and movement throughout the shift
• Fast-paced, repetitive work requiring good attention and productivity

Ideal Candidates:

• Reliable with strong attendance
• Comfortable with physical, repetitive work
• Experience in assembly, warehouse, production, construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus
